Savills IM is in a rapid growth phase, expanding its global presence as well as the products and services offered, that post acquisition of a relevant shareholding in DRC SIM now encompasses both Equity and Private debt funds. About the Job 

This is a new role for the business created due to the acquisition of new business. The Savills IM Spanish office is thriving, with asset management activity increasing. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join a supportive, collegiate team and gain exposure to new exciting opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Manage client/investor relationships
• Business plan definition/ updating/reporting activities
• Ongoing Management of properties
• Supervision of  property managers
• Argus / Voyanta coordination
• Implement Capex and measures included in the approved business plan
• Leasing and disposal management
• Business development activities in order to increase business
• Sponsor and Support the addition of new investments
• New investments analysis and preparation of materials to run new acquisitions
• Responsible of the annual reporting activities

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in Asset Management and/or Development/Technical Management
• Deep knowledge of real estate management.
• Good communication abilities (high English level – written and oral)
• Results oriented
• Team Player (ability to multi-task)
• Technical or Financial Background preferred (Architect-Engineer/ Business Administration)
• Experience in the development of Logistic and/or Residential projects would be appreciated
• Solid financial skills
• Legal basic knowledge (Leasing Agreements)
• Prior use of Voyanta and Argus would be advantageous
