Savills Investment Management is an international real estate investment manager with a global platform comprising 15 offices, 12 of which are in Europe. With close to 400 employees worldwide, we manage assets totaling EUR 26.1 billion as of June 2024. We offer clients access to a full range of products, consisting of Pooled Funds, Separate Accounts, Global Investment Partnerships and Asset Management.
Our German team consists of c. 70 experienced real estate professionals in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and is responsible for c. EUR 6.6 billion assets under management, with approx. EUR 2.8 billion in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include...
- Cooperation with the German BD Team and Fund Teams to assist the sales process
- Accountability for the production and maintenance of new institutional business pipeline reports across products and related management reports and for the fund documents for the sales team via Sales Force
- Assisting the Director Business Development DACH with administrative, regulatory activities and research into new target client sectors and mapping new institutional contacts
- Managing a high level of confidential information with the utmost integrity
- On-time assistance to the sales team by providing documents and managing queries for DACH institutional prospects and consultants.
- There will also be opportunities to work independently on international projects
We are looking for graduates who have…
- A university degree in economics and or real estate and excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in business English and the ability to draft professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with learning new software applications as needed
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the willingness to grow into a sales role in Germany or in one of the Global sales teams
