Job Purpose
The key objectives for the Junior Fund Finance Manager is to manage the day to day recurring corporate and administrative aspects of the investment funds or investment mandates managed out of Germany. The role includes the areas of administration of corporate matters, bank and internal reporting, preparation of committee papers, administration of audit process, payments, administration of bank accounts, follow-up on KYC / FATCA / CRS procedures and other projects from time to time as well as ad hoc tasks. The role would be supported by all other Fund Finance Managers in Germany.

Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Handling of corporate matters of property companies and fund vehicles
- Bank and internal reporting
- Preparation of committee papers and handling of audit processes
- Support of cash management and administration of bank accounts
- Projects and ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Apprenticeship in finance, tax or legal related subject
- Understanding of corporate processes
- Affinity to numbers
- User experience in Microsoft Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, advanced written and spoken English and German language skills
- Team player, able to interface with non-finance colleagues, banks, auditors and service providers
- Proactive and thorough attitude
