Job Purpose
Savills Investment Management is now looking for an Analyst to join their professional Asset Management team in Stockholm. As an Analyst you will participate in the Asset Management team in the European market with focus on the Nordics. The position will primarily involve working alongside the Asset Managers to provide analytical support. The position is based in Stockholm, and you will report to a Senior Asset Manager. The job will require some travelling, mainly within the Nordics.
Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Manage monthly/quarterly reporting to fund managers.
- Prepare annual budgets and strategic business plans, ensuring alignment with fund goals.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including property managers, letting agents, project managers, architects and legal advisors.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Nordic asset data within the company’s data management platform.
- Support asset sale processes, by preparing financial models, documentation, and data collection.
- Contribute to ESG strategy implementation, including tracking consumption data within the ESG platform and overseeing sustainability initiatives across the Nordic properties.
- Conduct financial modelling, including cash flow analysis, IRR- and NPV calculations.
- Support in developing strategy papers for internal Portfolio/Investment Committees.
- Assist in business development initiatives and support the wider team on strategic projects.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree (MSc) in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Up to two years of relevant full-time work experience, however, recent graduates will also be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player, and a proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
