Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
Managing various finance topics for real estate funds and companies alongside the senior fund finance manager
Overseeing and reconciling accounting / regulatory reporting from external providers
Supporting audit processes
Preparing committee papers
Following up on corporate matters for funds & subsidiaries
Managing tax-related topics together with internal/external tax specialists
Administering bank financing and cash management
Projects and ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements
Relevant work experience, e.g. at an audit or tax advisory firm, real estate fund manager
University degree (bachelor or master) in economics or finance with good academic track record
or similar education (e.g. as tax assistant)Good communication skills, very good German & advanced written and spoken English language skills
Generic interest in finance and real estate
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Team player, able to interface with other internal and external stakeholders
Curious about new tasks and has a proactive and thorough attitude
